Adrian Uthayagumaran

Adrian is an experienced capital markets professional with an entrepreneurial background. As Senior Associate, Adrian is focused on assisting the leadership team with institutional fundraising efforts, supporting the investment team, and overseeing financial, accounting and corporate functions. 

Most recently, Adrian worked with early stage ventures in the healthcare and real estate sectors. Prior to that, Adrian worked at RBC Capital Markets in the firm’s Investment Banking Division where he advised financial institutions on public and private market transactions including mergers and acquisitions, financings and strategic opportunities.

Adrian holds an Honors Business Administration (HBA) degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business at The University of Western Ontario.
